I liked the color, but it's very drying on your lips. It's not moist like the Lip Surgence Power Pigment that I also have.

I really like all the Tarte lip stains, and this matte lip stain is great. If I want some shine, I apply another non-matte Tarte stain over it.
I wouldn't say this matte stain is moisturizing, but it's not drying either. It lasts longer on me than any other lipsticks I've ever used, and I'm a smoker. Hours later, my lips are still stained, a bit faded but the color is still there and my lips haven't "faded" into my face.
More colors to choose from would be great.
