Adults and Children 2 years of age or older: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Children under 2 years of age consult a doctor. Gently massage into achy pints of the body. This is an easy to rub in gel that has been super effective in relieving after exercise heel pain. It does have a strong menthol smell but much much more pleasing than other brands of pain relief gels I've tried.
The extra dragon's blood must be a magic remedy because the pain is quickly gone.
I am a lady and I love it!!!!!!!!!!!
