Comments about theBalm ShadyLady Palette, Volume 2, 1 set:
My fav colors in this palette are Insane Jane, Just this Once Jamie and for liner, Bossy Bobbi. Only Caught in the Act Courtney is the repeat from vol.1. As the other reviewer said, you can mix and match with vol.1. The only one color I dont use is Tempting Tara, too white, too frosty for me. Otherwise, another great palette from Thebalm!

Comments about theBalm ShadyLady Palette, Volume 2, 1 set:
This palette and Shady Lady 1 are my go to palettes. The colors look horrible in those pics but they are actually gorgeous shades. A websearch should show up some good pictures of the palette and I think you can view some of the shades as singles. They're very good sized pans of beautiful colors. The color payoff is fabulous whether you use a primer or not and is very resistant to creasing. You get four shadows and five shadow/liners. None of the colors is super dark, some are great for highlighting. They are extremely wearable. You can swipe these on, even a single shade and it's pretty or you can mix and match. The shadow liners include a brown and a purple with a little glitter, just enough to catch the light as liners. A chocolately lighter golden brown, a fabulous denim blue, a surprisingly wearable moss green. The shadows are a smoky rose that's absolutely gorgeous on, a beautiful champagne peach, a rich white, and a delicate pink. This palette could work for anyone and could create a ton of looks from businesslike to date night. Even if I wear other shadows I turn to this for at least 1 shade all the time. The quality of the shadows and texture compares favorably with UD, BB and other top brands. (Better really, these wear very well without creasing without primer.) As liners the payoff even dry is excellent. (actually my favorite shadow/liner is risque renee from the 1st palette, grab the single if you can, it's beautiful)
You can get a simple gorgeous look just swiping jamie on the lid with felicia as a liner. Or add tara to highlight and jane to contour. Or try pairing marissa with bobbi or mary. The shades in here are very versatile and you can find a shade that will work with almost any other shadow you own. You know those shadows you loved but don't go with anything else? Try this one. Oh and the case has a mirror big enough to use. If you don't own thebalm shadows, you don't know what you're missing and if you already own shady lady 2 don't hesitate, the only repeat is courtney (the brown with gold flecks) and the colors work really well with the first palette and add in a couple of highlighter shades missing in part 1.
