Neck creams tend to be on the expensive side but its worth the purchase because my neck is the most problematic when it comes to aging. There are a lot of creams out there. I've tried a few that have a very obvious firming effect but the downside to those: the chemicals, the price, irritation with some, and the question as to whether or not it is a temporary fix.
I purchased Julique neck cream because I love their products and the results i get from them. This is the only neck cream that I've found that is completely natural and for the price, it has superior ingredients. As far as its effectiveness, I think only time will tell. After I use it, my skin is softer, more supple and feels moisturized, but I'm not getting the firmness I wanted. I'm okay with not getting immediate results, but I trust in this brand I expect over time I'll see some improvement.
A side note... the smell is kind of strong-herbalish, which I guess is a good thing:) but it fades in about half an hour.
