People who are allergic to salicylates (found in aspirin) should not use products containing willow bark or salicylic acid. Pregnant or nursing women should talk to their doctor before using any products containing salicylic acid.

Been using this for years-keeps pores clean, exfoliates dead skin cells, brightens complexion and keeps breakouts at bay.
Would never be without this.
Cons: the pump and the price.
Should offer this in different sized tubes for people that can't afford $75 at a time.

Every site I checked out before buying this product had complaints about the pump not working and making the product unusable. The pump is definitely not well thought out but I have been having full success with it by flipping the jar upside-down (with the lid on) and giving it a few taps on my palm. This brings the product back towards the top, and a generous amount of cream comes out when you press on the pump.
I have only applied it a few times to my cheekbone areas to try and reverse some sun exposure. I usually leave it on for a minute or two, but I'll admit my skin isn't very sensitive (30 yr. old male). It will probably take me several weeks before I get a noticeable difference. But everyone's skin/blemishes are different. The directions recommend using it once a week but I've been using it once a day. Definitely a tingling sensation after using it.
