I think this is a genius idea for a lipliner. It is definitely not what you will think as a "lipliner" it is thicker and has a wax like consistency. I have tried using it and the next day not using the liner and can say that the lipstick I apply is "fenced in," when I take the time to apply a heavy coat of Malley's lip fence to my lips. Just want to add that it is totally unnoticeable when applied, but really make a difference I can notice. I hope I will be able to get this product when I run out.

I used Mally Beauty Lip Fence with The Balm Read My Lips Lip Gloss and LORAC The Royal Lip Lustre Crème Set. These lip glosses tend to flow into lines. So I wanted Lip Fence to prevent it. But it didn't work. At all.. I applied it a little bit around my lips and right at the contour of my lips, it didn't help. Then I tried to apply it all over my lips and a little bit around, but still.. lip glosses leak.
I'm very disappointed, especially for the price..

What's great about lip fence is that it's a mechanical pencil and you don't need to sharpen it. I've been using it for several years now and it does keep my lipstick from bleeding above my lips. I always buy two or three at a time so I won't run out!

I use this product to line my lips each time before I apply lipstick. It works beautifully to combat lipstick feathering. The best thing about this product is the self-sharpening container. I tried another brand that had to be sharpened in a pencil sharpener and it just crumbled. I liked this product so much, I ordered four more tubes.

I was truly disappointed when I tried this product, I didn't feel anything going on my lips and thought that maybe the product had expired and was no longer good. I expected something a little different. A lip primer that also had a little but of flesh tone for the lips.
