Comments about NIA24 Sun Damage Prevention 100% Mineral Sunscreen, 2.5 fl oz:
I love, love, love this sunscreen. I tried one sample and was hooked. I live in Arizona so I have tried a lot of sunscreens. NIA goes on easily, absorbs quickly and stays in place. No residual whiteness, it feels like skin care.

Comments about NIA24 Sun Damage Prevention 100% Mineral Sunscreen, 2.5 fl oz:
I was really excited to try this product after reading the reviews. I loved the idea that the product had niacin so I would get UV protection plus firming benefits and without the scary chemical sunscreen agents, but no :(. It failed in every way for me:
- It BURNS when I put it on
- The texture is gross, greasy, silicone
- It is too heavily scented (don't believe the package details)
- Is not long wearing, made me oilier and did not stay in place
I feel I was tricked into thinking because of the high price, this would be a quality product.

Comments about NIA24 Sun Damage Prevention 100% Mineral Sunscreen, 2.5 fl oz:
I use this product daily to protect my face from the sun. It starts out white as any product containing Zinc & Titanium Oxide does. But it rubs in and fades, almost acting to even out skin tone as an added benefit. I have used dermalogica sunblock and skinceuticals with these ingredients, but have found this to be the best. The scent is lovely too.

Comments about NIA24 Sun Damage Prevention 100% Mineral Sunscreen, 2.5 fl oz:
I have very sensitive skin and it hasn't irritated my skin. It has a slightly coarse texture but i'm sure i'll get use to it soon. I haven't use it long enough to see the anti-aging benefits yet. Overall it's a good product.

Comments about NIA24 Sun Damage Prevention 100% Mineral Sunscreen, 2.5 fl oz:
I have medium/olive skin that tans very easily and doesn't ever really burn. I am currently using a retinol treatment at night, so I want to make sure my face is protected well during the daytime. I love to be outside, and, because the sun hasn't "hurt" me (yet, anyways), it's been way too easy for me to ignore the need to use sunscreen. (To be honest, I used to think that sunscreen was to stop burns only, and I didn't know tanning was so unhealthy). Not having had to use sunscreen regularly, I wasn't used to how much of a pain in the patootie it can be. Turns out I'm horribly allergic to cinnamates, PABA, Padimate-O, and Octocrylene, and Avobenzone feels like acid in my eyes, and makes the skin around my eyes turn raw and red. (Almost makes tanning seems like the better alternative...) I've used mineral makeup beautfiully for many years, so I knew I wasn't allergic to minerals. It wasn't long before I knew that sunscreens with Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide were the way to go for me...except for that nasty trait they have of makeing me look like I'm wearing white greasepaint. I figured when it came to sunscreen and me, I couldn't win. Other than rub my face makeup all over my body, I guessed I'd have to walk around like I was into having gray, (yet "safer") skin. Until, as you've guessed, I found Nia24. I had fallen for the cleanser, and realized that it wasn't as expensive as it seemed, because so very little is used at a time. I took a chance that it would be the same for the sunscreen, and I was right. At this cost, I would use this on my body only if I'm hiking on a volcano in Hawaii or something, but for facial use it's long-lasting and its benefits outweight the cost. In a way, it's almost a bargain (so I tell myself) because it's a skin treatment + sunscreen. I can see that niacin, and other antioxidants make my skin look and feel healthy, so it's wonderful to be able to get all the vitamin benefits, and light moisturizing (excellent makeup primer), with the protection. This will be a summer staple, and maybe even a year-round edition to my regimen.
