Apply a small amount as a thin layer on the affected area twice daily or as directed by a doctor. If no improvement is seen after 3 months of treatment discontinue use. I tried putting eye drops in first and that only helped a little. If I find a salve to protect my eyes I'll try it again

I used this product for approximately eight weeks and definitely saw an improvement in my overall skin tone and fading of my freckles. The product does contain Hydroquinone, an ingredient some people prefer not to use due to reports of abnormal skin fading and other complications. I have had no problem with products containing Hydroquinone, but have not found them to be any more effective than those containing more "natural" fading ingredients, such as Kojic Acid. This product combines the two. I used the Exuviance Lightening Complex at night, prior to applying moisturizer. It took approximately six weeks to begin seeing results. As with any brightening or lightening product, I used a high-SPF sunscreen with any sun exposure to keep the results intact. If I used the product directly after exfoliating, there was a slight sting, but nothing too irritating. The product does have a slightly unpleasant smell, as I've noticed with most Hydroquinone-based lighteners, but nothing too offensive. The price is reasonable for the amount. A good product, but not the best and definitely not the worst lightening serum I've used.
