This definitely POPs! Once I ordered this, I have to admit that I had a little bit of buyer's remorse. I am not a neon kind of girl. When this arrived today, though, I must admit that I am pleasantly surprised. Yes, it's very bright, but it's not garish. It's actually a very nice, rich, bright color. And very green -- definitely not yellowy like so many neon greens are. Plus the quality! POP makes a beautiful polish that covers unlike any bright polishes I've ever seen. There is definitely no skimping on pigmentation here! A second coat is really just a formality. Now I want to buy every color they offer!
