This is remarkable liner. I use it dry, and it stays put, doesn't smudge or flake, and lasts until I remove it at night. I bought liner sealer to use with it, because I thought I'd need it with a powdered liner. Nope. I use the sealer only when I want a really dramatic look using the liner shadow.. About 95% of the time I wear this liner straight from the jar. I apply it with either a flat head brush or a small portable lip bursh. A few tiny strokes on the upper lash line, a few tiny strokes on the lower lash line, and voila. Amazing product.
