Comments about Stila Lip & Cheek Stain, Mango Crush, .08 fl oz:
I was so excited about this product because I love an orangy-red lip. I spent forever reading reviews about all kinds of lip stains before deciding on this one. I have tried so many, and currently, the hunt is still on. I'm looking for a red, matte, cream lip stain, that goes on smooth, is nicely pigmented, and essentially looks like lipstick, but is a stain that I could wear some gloss or chapstick over.
I did not read anywhere that this color had shimmer to it. The smear color swatch did not look like it was shimmery. Well, when I put this on, it had so much shimmer, that it looked orange with silver on top. But the silver shimmers cracked over my lip creases like crackle nail polish. I'm bummed, because I thought this was "the one."
If you like shimmer, then this would be for you. It does feel really nice on my lips, it went on smooth, but it went on a little streaky. Overall, I'm bummed, and still on the hunt for the perfect lip stain.

Comments about Stila Lip & Cheek Stain, Mango Crush, .08 fl oz:
Because this product is thicker than other stains, it's easier to apply evenly. The color is great - intense enough to show up on my medium skin, but natural looking. The Stila brush/applicator packaging is fine for lip gloss, but I also use this product on cheeks, and I don't want to use the brush after I already have foundation on. It's also hard to get the right amount from the applicator.

Comments about Stila Lip & Cheek Stain, Mango Crush, .08 fl oz:
This lip stain does go on a little sticky, however once you allow it to dry and then add your favorite gloss on top it is VERY long lasting. Since lipsticks don't stay on me this is great!

Comments about Stila Lip & Cheek Stain, Mango Crush, .08 fl oz:
I bought this to keep in my office/purse so that I can put something on after swimming or when I go out for bike riding that I don't want to put too much make up on. The color seems a bit strong on the lips but works well on my cheeks. I tired to use it as eye shadows but didn't really work that well. I like how it feels on my lips, but don't think it moisturizing too much, but I like that it is a stain so it stays on long on my lips and my cheeks. The only one thing I really don't care for is the smell. I don't know it is just for this particular shade or they all smell the same. OVerall I think this works well as a all in one, I will buy again but may be a different shade hopefully the smells better

Comments about Stila Lip & Cheek Stain, Mango Crush, .08 fl oz:
I bought Stila Lip & Cheek in Cherry Crush and Mango Crush. I absolutely LOVE both colors, and the performance of the gel itself is excellent. I find the stains apply smoothly and evenly, and impart gorgeous, flattering, sheer color. I was just thrilled with this stain and planned to keep it as a staple, until, after two weeks of use, the Cherry Crush was out of product. After a month of use, I could have accepted it running out, but two weeks? I'd been applying it once in the morning on lips and cheeks, and possibly, on some days, one touch-up in the evening, only on my lips. Perhaps I need to use more of this gel in order to get color than the manufacturer intends to be used? The product claims to "adjust" to the "Ph" of individual skin tones, but I'm thinking that maybe Cherry Crush is formulated for very fair skin coloring. The lip & cheek stains contain the same amount of product as Stila's other brush lip glosses (0.08 oz.), and those last me an average amount of time, so I guess the color the Cherry Crush is meant to impart, is just too light for me, and I hadn't realized I was over-applying it. It's a shame, because the color is really beautiful. I just started using the Mango Crush, and I'm hopeful that I will get more uses from it than I did from Cherry. I've realized that a tiny bit shows up well on my skin; quite a bit less than I used to get a sheer red color from the Cherry Crush. A drop of Mango gives me radiant, warm color on my lips, and I need just a couple of dots on my cheeks for a beautiful, sheer flush. I recommend these stains for their beautiful, natural-looking colors and lasting power, but I wanted to let you know that this can be an awfully costly product if you have to use more than a teeny bit at a time. I will repurchase the Mango Crush IF it isn't gone in two weeks. If it is, (especially in light of the fact that I've had bottles of BeneTint that lasted, literally, for years), it won't be worth paying for again.

Comments about Stila Lip & Cheek Stain, Mango Crush, .08 fl oz:
I love this stuff for everyday use. It's remarkably moisturizing for a stain; actually the texture is more creamy than any stain I've ever tried before. I have porcelain skin and auburn hair and freckles, and the color is perfect for me. My only complaint is Stila's typical applicator - I find that when I click the product up into the brush I can't seem to find the perfect balance between getting too much product vs. too little. Otherwise, though, it's moisturizing, long-lasting, and a great natural daytime color. Highly recommended.

Comments about Stila Lip & Cheek Stain, Mango Crush, .08 fl oz:
This is a natural product that you can use to add color to your cheeks and lips. It gives a peachy and natural glow. It can be intense so you only need to use a little bit. It looks good on my fair to medium skin but might be too intense for fairer complexions It has a pleasant smell and taste.
