Shake well before use. After cleansing with pores no more® cleanser, apply a thin layer to areas of concern. Avoid eyes. Leave on 5 to 10 minutes until dry. A cooling sensation will occur. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Can be used 2-3 times per week for maximum results or as needed. |

Let me start by saying that I have very very oily nose that turns oily by 1 or 2 hours after washing, and by mid day it will look shiny. You could guess the number of black or white heads on my nose already.
I got this and followed the instructions dutifully, applying on dry nose and right under the lip area where the stubborn white heads persist. Left it on for 10-15 min before washing off with warm water.
My nose did turn smoother, but I know that the product did not 'suck out' the blackheads as promised. I used a blackhead extractor and wala! All of them came out easily!!! Without much effort, I squeezed ALL the dirt out! It was amazing!
The area right under my lip is smoother and clearer after washing off as welll. I could see the surface white heads has disappeared!

I'm extremely disappointed with this, it did not work at all, did not clear out any blackheads. I wish there's a choice to give a negative star rather than the minimun one star.

After trying a free sample of this product, I was sold. I apply a dot of it to emerging pimples overnight, and it shrinks them down to nothing. Also, I use it as directed on the skin around my nose and cheeks to smooth out enlarged pores.

I really believe this product works! I have tried everything to help remove/reduce the blackheads on my nose. This product is the only thing that has helped. They are not completely gone, but significantly reduced. I have only been using for a few weeks (3 times per week). It is a little pricey, but I will be purchasing again!

i got at sample of this from [@]. it was the whole pores no more line: the wipes, the vacuum, the cleanser, and the moisturizer. they are all amazing products that work so well. i have HUGE pores on my nose, cheeks and chin and would be at the dermotologist getting facials every 4-6 weeks to clean them out and reduce their size. i tried this and was shocked at how well it works! worth the cost! buy it! do it!

I have been using this product for 3 weeks. The good news its that it is easy to use and doesn't irritate my skin, which is rather sensitive. It doesn't really seem to do anything, however. I have noticed no change in texture or clogged pores. It doesn't make blackhead extraction easier. I received it as free sample, but would have purchased it ( though rather pricey) if it had worked.

I used this product after washing my face as directed. It is smoothing and you can tell by its color when its dry and ready to wash off. Im not sure that it 'sucked' out any blackheads, but Im sure by how my skin felt afterwards that it brought some to the surface. I have only used it once so far, and next time i will use some pore strips afterwards to see if they pull out any more than normal.
Everyone's skin is different so I cant speak for anyone else..cant give this product raves or negatives yet..but we will see soon enough if this product delivers enough bang for the buck!

I have combination skin, oily t-zone, with large pores and blackheads on my nose. I tried the Biore strips but nothing came out. I purchased this product, used it as directed and used a nose strip afterward and I was totally amazed. The strip looked like it had stalagmites all over it and the pores on my nose were clear and appeared smaller. I am pretty cynical about high-end priced skin care products, but this worked for me, as have all the other Dr. B products I have used.

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks and really don't notice a difference in my pore size. I don't think they are easier to extract than they after just washing my face. I have been using this about 3 times a week and nothing yet.

I decided to try the Dr. Brandt's to go kit, and I was not disappointed! I have large pores on my inner cheeks and especially on my nose. Since they are highly visible and are the size of pin drop points (very large!) I knew I needed some pore-shrinking asap. Before, I would use those amazing Biore nose strips, or sometimes just squeeze my pores after a hot shower. These steps are great, but I decided to use this gel (from a sample size) prior to the nose strips, and the results were fantastic. Products can't always be 100%, but it has made the skin on my nose cleaner looking, and after use my skin was perfectly ready for toner, not too dry whatsoever. My pores are definitely smaller-looking, and I can't wait to see how my skin looks and feels the more I use the Brandt system! I normally don't rant this much but I really like this brand. =]

This product does not remove the blackheads but does bring them to the surface. I have broken out more since I have used this product but it might be bringing the impurities to the surface. I would recommend if you don't have sensitive skin.

Normally I am a budget buyer but a dept store cosmetics clerk told me this might work for my adult acne. He told me not to use it more than once a week and I think he's right because it is very drying to the skin. The name is sort of funny but it did make the blackhead extractions easier and it did minimize my pores. The price is way to high. But I didn't have to use a lot to get it to work.
