I use this with the Origins lash primer. With the primer, it goes on fairly smooth, although sometimes there are those little chunks in it. It's very lengthening and a good color, but not volumizing. That works just fine for my daytime needs.

The wonderful part is that it doesn't flake or end up smudged under my eyes like the last three mascaras I tried. After 14 hours it's still where I put it.

Without the primer, it's rather clumpy and I need to comb my eyelashes out.

This is my first time buying an Origins mascara, and I must state it applies easily and evenly. At 60, that's a big deal for me because when you can't see as well as one would hope, I don't end up with mascara all over the place I need to clean up later with cotton swabs. It stays and it doesn't bother my sensitive eyes, and is a plus b/c I wear contacts. I would double apply this if going out at night, but for day wear to work, it sits well on my lashes, fully covers them and gives me no flakes. Really, the best thing I've tried in years, but it is not going to give you TV ad eyes unless you layer.
Really, really like this product. I'm a blond going to white/grey now, so don't need all that caked on super black eye. I like the brown. It's understated and covers my blond eyelashes completely.

THIS MASCARA IS AWESOME! IT GOES ON EVENLY, WITHOUT SMEARING. IT WEARS CONSTANTLY AND DOESN'T GET ON MY EYELIDS OR BELOW LIDS. I HAD GIVEN UP ON ALL THE NAME BRAND MASCARAS AND DECIDED TO TRY AN OFF BRAND, ORIGINS. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT.

I normally use Clinique Lash Power™ Mascara Long-Wearing Formula and LUV IT!!! Great mascara, doen't smudge and my lashes extend beautifully. I was just browsing mascara's on Beauty.com and read the reviews for Origins and decided to give it a try. Its "ok". It doesn't clump or run but honestly it can't compare to the long lengthened eyelashed i get from using the Clinque Lash Power. I won't be buying this again, it costs the same as the Clinque but can't hold a candle to it.

I love that this mascara is wonderfully dark. It also looks a little glossy when you first put it on. However, while I have long lashes, they are very straight so I curl them to give them an extra boost. It's important to me to find a mascara that can sustain a curl, and while this doesn't do a terrible job, I still have to re-curl later on during the day to keep them that way. Even so, I really like this product.

This is by far the best mascara I have ever used and I have tried many.
It is the only one I have found that goes on smooth...no clumping. I love it and will only use this brand. I highly recommend it.

I prefer the natural look, and I gave this a shot (in brown). After my first time, I knew that I would never try another mascara again. It goes on smooth, with no clumping. I wear it all day, sometimes through the night, and I've had no problems with smudging. It covers my blonde lashes evenly and perfectly, giving me that "natural make-up" look I always crave.
