this has improved my dark circles tremendously and the entire area around my eyes is noticeably brighter, puffies less, and the skin appears smoother. It is definitely moisturizing, but I still use another eye cream over it in the mornings and the moisture lasts all day. I'm using less and less concealer since starting this 2 months ago.
