Skin cells are renewed every 28 days. Mirroring this same regenerative rhythm, Clarifying Intensive Treatment should be used for 28 days in place of Clarifying Toner. I am a Dr Hauschka devotee--it is the only line I've found that helps my red, sensitive skin. This product is meant to use for one month, then go to the regular toner, but I love it so much I use it always on my face. Also can be alternated with Rhythmic Conditioner Sensitive. I am not a believer in homeopathy, which Dr Hauschka stresses, but instead it is such a relief to find products that don't contain irritants like cocamidopropyl betaine, parabens, sodium lauryl sulfate, DMDM hydantoin, etc. Another thing I like is that the routine is simple, few products and few steps.

I've been using this product for a week, spraying it on twice a day and there has been no change to my skin whatsoever. You can't even tell you're applying anything. As a big fan of other Hauschka products, I was very disappointed. I might as well have spritzed water on my face.
