I have always had problems when I line the inner rims of my eyes- the liner inevitably smudged underneath my eyes after an hour or two. I had tried every brand and type (waterproof, long-lasting, etc.) because I always received compliments when I lined my inner rims as well as my lids. I had given up until I found this liner about a year ago- It's thin enough to cover the rims perfectly; the color goes on smoothly and darkly; and it doesn't smudge or wear off. The only problem is removing it. Even after using makeup remover and washing my face, I always wake up with smoky eyes- not a problem for some people I guess.
