I have been searching for a decent black eyeliner. Most of them give you raccoon eyes because they bleed and smudge. I've tried other liquid liners and have been disappointed with how quickly they dry up. Cargo has created a very reliable product that has me wearing black eyeliner on a much more regular basis.

I love this product. My liner stays on all day and doesn't smudge. Unlike a few other liquid/pen liners that I've tried, the stick lasts quite a while. I've had my current liner for about 7 months now and it still goes on black.
