I received a sample of this in one Beauty.com's wonderful sample bags. When I put it on, it felt lovely, but added no visible shimmer at all. My husband didn't even notice it...nor did I. As I use other body oils, this "dry" oil has no bonus for me. It really isn't a "dry" oil. It's still an oil, and is oily, though it is lightweight. But it still sits on my skin like an oil, and doesn't absorb. That pint, I am fine with, as that is the nature with most oils. However, I was truly disappointed with the shimmer aspect, of which I could detect none. I kept going into the bathroom light, twisting this way and that, trying to get some sort of refraction of light to reflect off of the oil...but nothing. However, I am glad to have received this product, as it has inspired me to look at other products of similar nature that perhaps have a more stronger shimmer. I think it's a lovely idea to have a slight shimmer on the shoulders, decollete, collar bones, cheek bones, and legs. Perhaps my husband will notice the effects of the next one I choose to purchase from Beauty.com

This is my first experience using a body oil. It's nice and gives a nice shimmer to bare legs. I'm on the fence as to deep moisturizing properties of the product....In fairness, haven't used much yet.

I dab this product on my collar bones, cheek bones and brow bones for a subtle shimmer that just catches the light. The smell is good and not overpowering. The oil is very moisturizing and not greasy, but if you have oily skin use it sparingly. I have had to just use small dabs to avoid being too shiny.

The oil isn't bad, but it's not as good as others I've tried. The smell is light and the shimmer is beautiful, but it doesn't last long and it isn't very moisturizing.

I mix this with daily use lotion for both and face! It works great as moisturizes but not oily at all. Everything s perfect, very good for dry skin before foundation.

i've used this product for years. it smells lovely. warm and summery. it makes your skin glow with vitality. it's perfect on bare legs, like make up for your body. i have very fair skin and even though this is golden tinted it does not add color. it would work beautifully on all color skins, adding a beautiful sheen. also beautiful on arms and decolletage. it really makes you feel special when you wear it. do aplly it before you get dressed, as it would stain your clothes. if you have very dry skin, try it over nuxe's huille produguise or however you spell it. that is also an amazing product and helps this to spread more easily with that as a base.
