This product glides on grey instead of the black promised and fades instantly. I bought this because I was lazy to get to the department store and buy my usual eyeliner. Will never do that again!

I was very disappointed with this pen. At first it was fine but after a relatively short period of time the color started to fade right in the tube. This is bad because another pen that I only paid [$] for stills works fine after many months. For the price I expected MUCH better.

I was excited to try this product, but it felt like using a worn-out felt-tip marker. The color was more gray than black and seemed diluted. Application and removal were easy, but usually there wasn't anything to wash off at the end of the day.

I've been using Lancome eyeliner for years and just wanted to try something new. After reading the reviews, I decided to give this a try and I'm sorry I did. The applicator is far inferior to Lancome. You have less control in applying a thin line and unless you use a hair dryer to "set" it, you will have smudges. I'm going back to Lancome.
