If it's the first time using or you have sensitive skin USE WET! Massaging it dry into your hands will make the soft as a baby's bottom, but it will feel like you are removing ALL OF YOUR SKIN FIRST! I definitely recommend and I even gave some to my friend and my mom.

This is my favorite body exfoliator! I have a couple others top quality ones also, but they don't compare to REN'S! Smells great, immediately makes my body feel amazing, so soft and supple. Does not leave a greasy feel like another top exfoliator I also have! This will become a staple for my body.

works well to exfoliate skin. I use it on hands and feet, even in the shower. the scrubbing salt feels good and does the job and it moisurizes enough without being too oily..this way you don't kill yourself in the shower.
