I've had acne for years and have tried every store brand, dozens of dermatologists, and even went as far as to have many cosmetic procedures done in an effort to rid my face of the incredible amount of uneven, blotchy red skin--in addition to moderate acne. Yep, it wasn't a pretty sight.
Nevertheless, this product was recommended to me because of the PA +++. From what I've been told, most non-PA +++ sunscreens are very similar since it's not regulated by the FDA. [Meaning, the numbers on the front don't really mean squat].
I used the expensive store-bought brands--particularly the ones that were more expensive since they focused on the face. Each and every one of them worked as well as my Victoria Secret's lotion (for my body). Meaning, I continued to have sever blothiness, even though I lathered my face up repeatedly and used an umbella on many occasions.
With Dermadoctor, it's not greasy, it works well under makeup (without feeling heavy), it lasts for quite a while since a little goes a long way, and most importantly--my face has cleared up when it comes to any type of blotchiness and the acre is all but gone as well.

I like the ain't misbehavin' blemish cleanser - I bought this because I was looking for a good quality moisterizer/sunscreen (I have oily skin and don't like layering on the sunscreen post-moisturizer). Formerly, I'd been using a less expensive, drug store brand moisterizer. This is greasy and heavy! Unless I was going out in big-time sun, I didn't use it. Now I use it more for my body (a shame since it wasn't cheap). It felt heavy on my skin and made my face shiny during the day, despite using a mattifier. Despite the great ingredients ~ I'd look for something else. Actually, the one I was using was pretty good, and much cheaper. It's better for a day at the beach and drier skin.

I had yet to find a sunscreen that didn't make me breakout - especially in cystic acne. I bought this for my honeymoon and did not get one flare up. From someone that suffers just looking at a lotion the wrong way, I was so pleased with the sun protection this provided and that is kept my skin clear.

Comments about DERMAdoctor Ain't Misbehavin' Skin Clarifying & Mattifying Sunscreen SPF 30 pa +++, 4 oz:
This is a great product. I put it on under my DDF Daily Matte SPF 15 moisturizer, for extra protection. Even before I put the DDF on, my skin was matte and looked like I didn't even have sunscreen on. It does smell like sunscreen, but what do you expect?
It is pretty thick but I was able to spread it around easily once I warmed it in my hands.
I have very, very oily skin, and this product does not increase my oiliness, which is a miracle for a suncreen. It did not make my face shiny and it does not feel heavy on the skin. I wore Urban Decay surreal skin mineral makeup over it, which went on great. I honestly cannot tell that I have added the extra layer of sunscreen. For 4 ounces, this is a steal. Other brands charge double that for a tube half the size, without the added benefits this product has.
I have been searching for a daily sunscreen higher than SPF 15 forever... finally found it!

After trying hundreds of sunscreens for my face, I didn't think it was possible that a non-greasy, non-whitening, high-protection factial sunscreen existed. It is possible, and Ain't Misbehavin is amazing. It feels like a light gel-cream. It applies with a silky feeling, and it absorbs in seconds. Works beautifully under makeup, and can be used all over the body. I don't hate sunscreen anymore!
Pros

Cons
- Not matte at all

Comments about DERMAdoctor Ain't Misbehavin' Skin Clarifying & Mattifying Sunscreen SPF 30 pa +++, 4 oz:
I expected something special since I love several DD products, but this tube of expensive sunscreen was no better than the regular store brands for faces. It left me shiny, lodged in my pores and increased the size of my blackheads. I know we have to make trade offs when we use sunscreen, but this one claims to be matte and it is not at all matte. I'm 49 and have been shiny ever since puberty, and I fantasize about ultimate de-greasing cosmetics. This isn't one of them. I LOVE the fact that DD products are not tested on animals, but I don't have the kind of cash to spend on a product that is only average.

Comments about DERMAdoctor Ain't Misbehavin' Skin Clarifying & Mattifying Sunscreen SPF 30 pa +++, 4 oz:
I have been using this moisturizer for about six months. I am 28 years old with mild to moderate acne. It is great for combination skin. I feel it controls oil, but does not completely mattify. I like the fact that it is a 30 spf, which helps with aging and acne scaring.
Comments about DERMAdoctor Ain't Misbehavin' Skin Clarifying & Mattifying Sunscreen SPF 30 pa +++, 4 oz:
This product is too heavy for someone with oily/combo skin. It is too thick. My face was glisten ( and not in a good way) immediately after putting it on.
