Best applied by taking color off pencil with the Eye Liner/Brow brush. Then flip the brush to smudge the line. |

Comments about Jane Iredale Eye Pencil, White, .04 oz:
I use this in white to line the inside of my lower lashes. It glides on very smooth with a bright white color. It does fade after maybe 2 hours but everything runs on my eyes so I don't know if it's the pencil or me but I definately reccomend it
