Best applied by taking color off pencil with the Eye Liner/Brow brush. Then flip the brush to smudge the line. |

I have been looking for an eyeliner that doesn't have a lot of toxic ingredients but stays on for most of the day. Well this is definitely not it. I put it on the morning after receiving it and after I got dressed ( 10 minutes latter) looked in the mirror and it was not even there. To make matters worse my eyes teared all day. I used shadow insurance as I always do. I will be throwing this away after one use.

I'm pretty picky about eyeliner. It's under [$] and is nice and soft (but not too soft), sharpens well and stays on the entired day without smudging. Can you ask for any more than that?

I was looking for a medium brown eyeliner/eyebrow pencil. This is great as an eyeliner, but so soft that after the first sharpening (one twist of sharpener) the tip broke off. Eyebrow pencils are usually too hard and too dark, and this is the right color, but a little too soft. I'll look at different brands before I try this again, but if all you want is an eyeliner, this brand is great, especially for the price.
