Best applied by taking color off pencil with the Eye Liner/Brow brush. Then flip the brush to smudge the line. |

I was so disappointed in this eyeliner! It smudges HORRIBLY and for someone who wears a thick line every day, it is awful to constantly check for smudging. It also does not last very long. By far, the best eyeliner I have found so far is maybelline master drama! I've tried very high end brands to all drugstore brands and that one will NOT budge. It's also much cheaper than this eyeliner!!

Good Eyeliner. It goes on easily and the black is a nice dark black. My only complaint is that is smudges.

I'm astonished at the quality of this product... remains in place - no smearing for hours. Comes off easily and goes on the same. And the price?! Just amazing. Plus, the crowning glory: NO ANIMAL TESTING. I've already ordered additional colors, plus the lip pencil.

Excellent eyeliner, works so nicely. Sharpens nicely, soft enough to go over your lid with one stroke (the hard ones you have to go over again and again). I think the price is totally worth it.

I bought this pencil hoping for it to deliver non smudge wear but all I got was this dumb t-shirt. Seriously, the pencil is fine for application but it doesn't stay put! It fades and smears and I don't need to have any darker skin around my eyes!
