I've had this brush for about 3 months now. It comes in a reusable plastic case for putting in your purse or travelling. This brush has a rather short handle which makes it great for applying powder, mineral foundation (which i don't use), blush or buffing.
Now that I have the Handi, my other powder and blush brushes seem so scratchy. I used think what are women talking about when they'd say the brush is scratchy. Now, I know! I love it. As everyone says, it's easy to clean, versatile and mine hasn't shed one hair.

I used this brush for a while with the Jane Iredale PurePressed Base. At first I thought it was great. Then I started to realize how much product was getting wasted when I was using it and how scratchy the brush was starting to feel. I recently bought a replacement Kabuki brush (from Sigma) for a fraction of the price. It is a many times softer and applies the product better. What a difference!

Comments about Jane Iredale The Handi Brush, Handi Brush, 1 ea:
This is a fabulous brush. Previously, I was using dry sponges (wedges) to apply my JI pressed foundation. A wedge gave me better coverage than a regular makeup brush, but sometimes application was too heavy or uneven. The handi brush is much easier to use, and coverage is more even. I sweep on one layer of JI foundation, then a light layer of Larenim dusk to dawn on my T-zone (to control oil; applied with a smaller brush), and then a second layer of JI foundation. I then spray on JI Balance to set,and top off with Larenim mineral silk as a finishing powder. My skin looks flawless but natural, and the rest of the day I only need to use blot sheets on my oily areas plus a light dusting of mineral silk to touch up. I'm giving the brush four stars instead of five only because it's so pricey. But it's of high quality and even softer than my MAC brushes.

Comments about Jane Iredale The Handi Brush, Handi Brush, 1 ea:
Purchased this brush in 2003 as a college student and it has literally been around the world since. Absolutely the BEST brush I've ever had on my skin, bar none. Soft bristles that give predictable, even coverage no matter what type of powder I use (pressed or loose). It travels great since it's such a small size, keeps its shape despite an immense amount of abuse it's endured in my possession, washes easily with antibacterial hand soap, and only recently have I begun to notice an occasional bristle come out during use. But after seven years, I suppose that's okay. Worth every penny!

I like the flat edge because it allows me to get coverage under my eyes without having powder on my eye lashes.

Comments about Jane Iredale The Handi Brush, Handi Brush, 1 ea:
My work requires me to be in and outdoors all day. I live in South Florida, where the weather is very humid. What I love about Jane Iredale pressed powder, especially when used with this brush, is that it allows me to get the nice finish I desire without a caked on look or an "over-done" look for the day. When I want a more full-coverage look, I usually opt to use the pad. Overall, my experience with all Jane's products have been exceptional.
