I have dark circles under my eyes and wanted a one step application. You need to apply another product for full coverage along with the everything pencil. That probably is just me. However it is easy to carry anywhere you go since it is a pencil. Maybe I picked the wrong color. When I asked if another product should be used with this pencil, and if it comes off if you have oily skin, they e-mailed me that everything is money back guaranteed [...]
