I got this to use as a body wash - hoping to get a moisturizing alternative to soap without the chemicals. It's a rather thin liquid that foams up, but it does smell good and doesn't have anything nasty in it. It doesn't leave a squeaky clean feel, and sometimes I'm not sure how well it cleans at all... so for days that I'm just rinsing off, that's fine. For days when I really do want to get clean, I've started using other products. Plus, it runs out pretty quickly. Love the idea but don't think I'll buy again.
