I use it on the back of each bra to keep the straps from slipping. I finally can go all day without constantly pulling up one or both bra straps. No matter what brand bra I purchased, unless it already had a crossed strapped back, I was always uncomfortable. Since purchasing the converting clip, I forget I have a bra on, because I am not constantly being reminded with the slipping strap.
