May ruin your clothes, because the adhesive is IMPOSSIBLE to remove. I left one in and will talk to my drycleaner before removing the other. The adhesive residue from the adhesive is causing the lining of my jacket to stick together.

These things are great! They make me feel more confident in my silky tops but they are somewhat pricey so its not like something you can use with ALL of your clothes. Definitely worth it for interviews, etc. when you WILL sweat!
