A friend was a distributor years ago, and long before the use of internet. I learned about the medicinal properties of Dr. Hauschka through my friend, and there is nothing that compares. My friend sold this product to many A-list stars in the entertainment business, and I will not drop names but can tell you that people with money buy "the best" when it comes to personal care products. Dr. Hauschka is the best--a skin care line that follows a natural process using delicate, beneficial elements derived from Earth's plants. I have used Rose Cream under my foundation for years, and there is no product that compares. People learn my age and have "always" told me I look 20 years younger than my age---I attribute this to Dr. Hauschka products (I really do look 40) at 61 years of age. I have no skin lines that women tend to get at my age, i.e., laugh lines, forehead crease, etc. I have used many of Dr. Hauschka's products to include Lavendar Body Lotion, Blackthorn Oil (when pregnant to reduce the possibility of stretch marks). The scent is not what you might find in store brand products, but that is in part what sets Dr. Hauschka apart from the rest of the skin care lines--no perfumes, dyes or synthetic properties, so one might need to acquire a liking to the aroma. This skin care line is the ONLY regime I would recommend for young people dealing with acne--it truly works miracles (I have witnessed this to be truth in my own young family members).

My daughter has had problems with acne for years. She is taking antibiotics and was using differin and other prescription creams. Her skin was so abused, it was alway oily as a way to fight back, but felt tight and dry. And, it didn't work all that well. We tried this kit of Dr. Hauska's products. Her skin normalized almost immediately. Felt better immediately. No more extra oil, and her skin has never looked better. The acne is gone, her skin has depth and radiance. She is still on antibiotics, but no more differin or harsh acne products. I highly recommend it. She is so happy with the results, plus, she says her skin care regimen is greatly simplified.

This was my first purchase and it was a great way to try the Dr. Hauschka oily/impure-line. I loved every single product in it and repurchased the Cleansing Cream, Clarifying Toner, and Normalizing Day oil + bought the Cleansing Milk to remove make-up. I've tried so many brands (natural and regular) but I wasn't ever this satisfied with any face-care brand. I wish the price was lower but I guess for all the good ingredients in their products it's not that bad. The Cleansing Milk and the Normalizing Day oil will last forever too, you only need to use it sparingly.
