This is a lovely moisturizing lip balm. Very luxurious and on the spendy side, but made with such high quality ingredients. This is a moisturizing balm that immediately sinks in, and doesn't sit on top of the lips. Smells and tastes like roses. It's expensive, but very nice. I like it at night before bed and during the winter months.

I bought this product based on the positive reviews it received. I was terribly disappointed when I saw the small jar it came in and that the jar was only 3/4 filled with the lip balm. Either it evaporated (not highly) or settled in the jar. I could not believe that was all I got for the high cost of this product. Then when I used it, I found that it was not extraordinary in any way, and felt like any of the inexpensive lip balms I have always used. My lips are extremely dry and chapped in the winter and I was willing to buy an expensive product if it worked. I had high hopes when I received this lip balm, but I will stick to the less expensive drugstore brands, which are just as effective. Save your money on this one.

This lip balm is great, it doesn't irritate my lips at all like drug store brands do. They make my lips peel. The price is much lower than other lip treatments, I don't understand why people are complaining about the price. It is worth it for the quality of the product. The container is pretty and the perfect size. You will love it.

I can't live without this stuff. I use the jar at home, and quite liberally at night. I use the stick while out and about, and am never without one in my handbag. This product just works, and is pleasant to use. A very mild scent and no taste. Has also kept wrinkles at bay. Worth every penny.

Had problems with chapped lips and have now trialed MANY items (chapstick, neutrogena, smashbox, mac, PCA, etc.) While this product is ok (didn't really cause any problems). It goes on lightly with a leave on texture like vaseline. It has a very srtong smell, like original dove soap or roses. I have a sensitive nose and can't use it because of the smell. Found something I like better than this and all the rest - KORRES lip butter, which is the best I have used so far. No strong smell, doesn't have a nasty taste, glides on better than butter and stays longer than most lip products.

i'm a lip balm addict and i feel like i've tried everything, both high- and low-end--kiehl's, rosebud salve, fresh brand "sugar", origins, elizabeth arden 8 hour--and this is the best by far. the only drawback is the price, and the fact that i go through a jar a month.
