I have very sensitive, combination, problematic (acne) skin. I started using this along with Proactiv (the Proactiv was drying my skin out too much by itself) and my skin is almost completely healed and feels amazing! I have actually been using the Proactiv less and less! This cream seems heavy, but if you give it time, it seeps into your skin and makes it look radiant! I even got compliments that I was "glowing"! :) I use it morning and night. In the morning I just give it time to absorb before applying make-up. I have had problematic skin for over 20 years and this has truly changed my skin! I would recommend it to everyone!! IT IS AMAZING!

I was disappointed in this. I bought it because I love the toed moisturizer so well. I would say it's only an average product. My face doesn't absorb it, and it doesn't make my skin feel near as wonderful as the toned moisturizer does. It works, but so do a lot less expensive products. I won't buy it again.

I have dry and sensitive skin and use Retina-A for acne and fine lines. This moisturizer has a light scent without that over powering perfume smell. I use it every night and it has improved my dry skin. It's a thicker moisturizer but absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a greasy feeling.

well, i decided to give dr. hauschka rose day cream another try after not having used this product for a couple of years. i must say that it isn't performing up to par this time around. i've been using it daily for a few weeks since receiving it, but something seems to have changed. it's nowhere near as emollient/rich as it was before, and i find myself using quite a bit of it in order for my skin to feel moisturized. i know that i'm older now (late 40s) and need more moisture, but i think that the formula has changed. for the money, i think i'll try the weleda line next time and see how it goes. i simply don't find this line worth the expense at this point (thankfully i was able to take advantage of an online discount). still has that wonderful smell though!

I really like this product, and use it when I don't want to splurge on my favorite (La Mer). That should tell you a lot about the quality of this cream. La Mer is luxuriously rich and soothing, and can be used on the entire face, neck, and eye area. This product is used the same way, including the delicate eye area. This makes it perfect for night. I'd never use this product during the day, as it's quite rich. But it is an excellent night cream and winter skin soother.

Great day time moisturizer, but tend to be too greasy that it leaves your face shining in the mourning. I've used it for a couple of weeks and notice that my eczema on my face is clearing up. I only used it during the day time because that's what is recommended on the product insert. But it doesn't last too long for me because by the middle of the day my skin gets dry again. Would definitely recommend for dry skin and eczema prone skin types.
