I have wavy, fine hair. I am 43 years old. I do not wash my hair everyday because my hair tends to be dry as well as my scalp, especially in winter. I use this product everytime I wash my hair. There is no buildup from this mousse. It does not make your hair crunchy like other mousses I have used. It creates volume and very nice curls/waves in my hair. I would say the hold is medium. The odor is not overpowering. I truly believe the entire Caviar line helps my aging hair. I believe the cost of this product is well worth it. It is a large can that will last several weeks. Overall a great product by Alterna that does all that I want with the additional anti aging advantage.

I have very fine hair, cut into a spiky haircut. I've been using this for years. I use this mousse on my wet hair before blow drying. With my fine hair, I can't use anything too heavy . . . this is GREAT!!
