I know that another reviewer stated that she didn't like the scent. I do. It smells like the ocean and not some perfumers' flowery idea of the ocean. It purifies the body and nasal passages without overpowering them. Leaves a clean fresh smell just like a dip in the REAL ocean!

Ok, I'm usually a big fan of a unique smell, but in addition to the herbal smells of clove, coriander and lavender, there is a strong note of eucalyptus, and I keep getting reminded of Vick's Vapo Rub. Otherwise the product has a nice feel and the bottle looks pretty in my bathroom. If you like unique and invigorating smells, I recommend Philip B Scent of Santa Fe shampoo. I use it as a body wash and it's amazing.

I first tried this while staying at the Reef hotel in the Bahamas (Atlantis Paradise island). I immediately fell in love with the "ocean" scent.
It has a calm soothing fresh scent.
I would recommend buying the body soap & the shampoo.
I'd tried the body lotion but for some reason, that didn't smell too good.
I would just stick with the shampoo & body soap.

The scent of this body wash is very herbal and deep - think of an ocean where you might find cliffs, pebbles, and driftwood rather than the tropical or sea salt smells you might be used to. The scent may appeal to a few - it is unique. The wash is non-irritating to my sensitive skin and leaves it refreshed and moist. This turns a shower into a real treat. I will try other scents!

I love this shower gel. It has an herbal/woodsy scent that I love, and leaves my skin clean, soft and lightly scented. The scent is a little strong, but in a good way. Turns the shower into a spa-like experience. I just ordered the Red Flower body lotion in Ocean.
