This brush is the perfect combo of firm but soft on your skin. I have very sensitive skin, so a lot of brushes are irritating if they're too hard or have sharp bristles. This one is fine, and it does its job well. I use it only for subtle contouring, so I don't know for sure if it's versatile, but I imagine it's good for any kind of blending. I'm very happy with this brush.
