Comments about Baxter of California Daily Protein Shampoo, 10 oz:
I put "possibly drying" because, while it works for me, it seems that it might be a bit much for people with already dry hair or scalp, probably need the conditioner with it. Also note that, while I enjoy a nice mint scent, a female friend of mine one time commented that it smells like toothpaste when smelling it from the bottle, for whatever that is worth. It is not a strong or lingering scent once you're out of the shower to my experience. I'm not sure about the prevention of hair loss claims (I'm mid-20s) but I like the shampoo because it works, I like the scent, and you don't need to use much so it actually lasts quite a while, making the cost a little easier to bear.
