Just an overall GOOD CLEANSER. Not necessarily and acne fighter but cleans the skin thoroughly. i used this and another acne fighting spot treatment and found good results. NOT INCREDIBLE but good.

I use this every morning and some evenings, wetting my hands then adding the foam and putting it straight onto my dry skin. I plan on buying a second bottle- it is very expensive but I have fewer blackheads and almost no pimples since I started using this cleanser. It doesn't always feel like it's getting my makeup, but a white washcloth shows that it does. Since it does a very good job and doesn't dry out or grease up my 42 year old skin, I'll keep using it. Besides, the foam is fun!
