Comments about ACCA KAPPA Bioceta Natural Bristle Back Brush, 1 ea:
Way to stiff for my back. Felt like little pin pricks all over. Plus it is way expense. I will be sticking to a soft loofah. And asking my husband to do my back.
It is too bad as I really wanted a good back brush. Darn.
Pros
- Exfoliates
- Leaves Clean Feel
Cons

Comments about ACCA KAPPA Bioceta Natural Bristle Back Brush, 1 ea:
My husband wanted a quality shower brush, but complained that the ones at the drug store were too soft to exfoliate. I and he thought the price was insanely expensive, hence the four star rating. He does love the brush! It catches all his chest hairs, but does not mildew and we just hang it to dry. The handle is curved and long enough for the average sized male. A quality product that's comfortable to use. The bristles are a little too stiff for me, but maybe for dry brushing it'd work. I'm just glad to see him happy with a back brush.

I love getting back scratches, and especially back scrubs, but sometimes there's just me, and there are some spots i can't reach. This is my new boyfriend =) Hoooooray! If you have sensitive skin, might not be for you, but amount of pressure dictates how "scratchy" it gets.

Comments about ACCA KAPPA Bioceta Natural Bristle Back Brush, 1 ea:
As a man who prefers a body scrub over a soapy face cloth, I do find a bath brush essential for exfoliating the skin. Scrub, soap, or body gel, take your pick. I happen to prefer a mechanical solution. Go figure.
As such, I've searched for years to find plastic brushes that have natural bristles. Such brushes must be dear to manufacture, however; they rarely appear on the market. Wooden handles with natural bristle or plastic handles with nylon filament are what one sees in abundance. There is never a shortage.
That brings us to the product at hand which is my own brush of choice. It is a cellulose acetate/natural bristle bath and body brush. Just what I'd been searching for!
I've enjoyed a similar brush now for 3-4 years. I recently bought two more in order to have a supply in reserve. When you find your perfect match in a product, jump on it! Don't hesitate!
The bristles on this brush are quite sturdy (wet and add body gel if you wish to soften them before using...). I like the feel, however, as is. They exfoliate without abrading the skin. No road rash. Great!
The handle is quite flexible and of adequate length. It holds up well. It won't crack or shatter. It doesn't get dry rot or grow mold as with wood. I also find it attractive. It blends well.
The bristles will eventually bloom. That is the case with any natural product. A few years of daily use is a reasonable life span, I'd say. Not bad. Not bad, at all.
A similar brush was marketed by H2O+ a few years back. This one is sold by Acca Kappa. Same great product with a new, higher price. Still a great buy when one considers that it is the only durable, water proof, natural bristle bath brush on the market.
I don't mind paying a bit more for a quality product that I use and enjoy daily. A wise choice, I'd say, if you have similar preferences or know someone who does. What a treat for someone who appreciates such a unique and quality product!

Comments about ACCA KAPPA Bioceta Natural Bristle Back Brush, 1 ea:
I bought this brush for my husband, who had never found a back brush that suited him. He loves it! Therefore, so do I. This brush has good quality, stiff bristles, not your usual wimpy ones that wear out after a week's use.

Comments about ACCA KAPPA Bioceta Natural Bristle Back Brush, 1 ea:
The brush has a nice shape and I like the fact that the bristles are embedded in a material that will not mildew. The brush is quite heavy. Also, the bristles are very stiff and have not flexed significantly after a month of daily use.
