I really wanted to like this but buyer beware, you must have a compatible shower! I guess I have a pretty low showerhead and I had to squat to fit underneath the showerhead. I used it for a week and didn't notice any improvement in my hair texture.

I use this not only in my shower, but in my children's also. I fill up their bath through the shower nozzle to take out any extra chemicals that might be in the water. I tested the water at my house. It was within the range of being safe, but I could smell chlorine when I used to fill up my children's bathtub. It makes hair softer and is better on your skin.
