I have been using this product every morning for years ever since my facialist at Soho Sanctuary recommended it. A little goes a long way. I squeeze a dime-sized amount out of the tube and apply in a circular, scrubbing motion in the shower. I leave it on for a few minutes while conditioning my hair, shaving, etc then follow with a spritz of toner (I use Dr. Hauschka Clarifying toner) and moisturizer.
I find this exfoliant to be very effective. It sloughs off any tiredness or city yuckyness that has found its way into my pores. It is all natural and needs to be used within a couple months of opening.
I am a big fan of Arcona's entire line, but the Gommage definitely stands out as my favorite. It's also worth mentioning that Arcona changed the packaging a couple years ago. The Gommage now comes in a tube and not in a tub.

I love the Arcona system! I have facials at their salon in southern California when possible (only a couple of times per year), but the steady use of their products has really improved my skin. I rarely have irritated, sensitive spots, patchy dry areas are gone, and my skin feels good (no tightness or other unpleasantness) without being greasy. People comment on how good my skin looks.
