I use Retin-A and get some embarrassing dry patches around my mouth and on my nose so I've been desperately seeking something that gets rid of the dry patches but doesn't inflame my sensitive skin.
I've tried several different brands from low to high end including St. Ives, Neutrogena, DDF etc.
Most others are too runny so it's like spreading oil with a bit of grainy bits on your skin, essentially ineffective.
This is a substantially thick cream that doesn't break down when you rub it into wet skin and therefore a little goes a long way.
I like using it during the shower so I don't have to rub as hard to get the upper skin layer off. Though, when I'm not careful, I get some into my eye and am blinking grains out for 30 mins after.

This is a great exfoliator! It leaves my skin clean and soft. I usually use the tea tree mask after and the combo leaves my skin so soft. You have to have a wet face or wet hands to mix the scrub in and be able to use all over your face. It has a nice light cranberry smell. It's not a heavy duty exfoliator, however and doesn't get all the dead and flaky skin off, but it does a great job overall.

The first time I used it, I was hooked. Like many other Arcona products, you see the result right after first application-- smoother and luminous skin!! I have combination skin, and I tried many many MANY exfoliators -- Kate in a jar, Prescriptives, Philosophy, Bioelements, drugstore brands...etc, the search is now ended. It is gentle enough to use everyday, and you only need a tiny bit for the whole face. Plus, the smell is heavenly and makes you want to use everyday!

I absolutely LOVE this product, and am an Arcona junkie! All of their products are wonderful, and this is an excellent product. Non-irritating to the skin, wonderful smell, and gentle enough to use everyday. The smell cannot be beat!

After getting one of the best facials ever at International Orange in Pacific Heights I fell in love with this line of skin care products. I had Abby the aestetitian write down all the products she used and recommended. This was one of my favorites. I have used many many lines of exfoliators from Babor to Decleor and this is by far my favorite. The granules are not too small nor big and give a perfect exfoliation every time, not to mention the wonderful scent of cranberry goodness!!
Highly recommended, and a little goes a long way!

I love this product. I recieved it as a sample at first. I liked it so much that I bought it. This has a nice smell and my skin feels great after usage.I have seen a dramatic change of my skin by using this line. This smells good, does not bother my super sensitive skin overall I qould use this over all others. I have tried Bobbi Brown, Mac, Prescriptives and several other brands and nothing has worked as well for me then this line.
