I have a pair of expensive suede mules that I loved but they stretched out and caused my foot (when wearing socks) to move around so much it was uncomfortable to wear them. It felt like I was sliding around in them all the time. The petals keep my foot in place so now I can wear them again. Super comfortable for any shoe and they are not so bulky like the bigger gel insoles so they can also fit in all your regular heels. I give these as gifts to my girlfriends and they LOVE them.

These whole-sole cushions are magnificent. I use the Tip Toes to cushion the ball of foot for all my sandals and shoes. These Killer Kushionz are really great for slides and mules in the summer for feet that tend to perspire and slip. Even for regular shoes they are so comfortable and cushioning to the foot in a very thin, discreet foam package. I don't use these much however because they cost a lot, twice as much as the ball-of-foot Tip Toes cushions.[...] So I barely ever buy them. But I have to say, they are magnificent! They stay in place and don't shift off the shoe and are very long lasting. Comes in several colors. They are worth trying for high heel junkies like me who need to protect their feet while looking great. Foot Petals make great cushioning products, albeit unfortunately expensive.

I suppose they're better than nothing, but I've found a better product in a foot health catalog. Also, these are too long to properly fit my size 6 shoes, so I have to trim the heel end, resulting in an ugly look in sandals. These are way too expensive for what they don't do.

They stick to suede! I couldn't believe it because the old standby (Dr. Scholl's) did not. They are also very comfy due to the special material. Highly recommend this brand.

These work great! I wear high, high heels (4 inchers, some times) and these actually do make a difference - especially on the pairs that do not have a lot of support for the ball of your foot. LOVE THEM!
