My feet swell in the summer but are smaller in the winter. I needed something to put in my shoes that would keep my feet from slipping out of my shoes. This works perfectly for this use.

Bought these for a pair of small-heeled sandals, decided they didn't want to cushion anymore after only a couple wearings. They make them much more comfortable, but my feet still wear out if I walk in them too much, so it's not perfect. They're also difficult to stick on, because of the length, so it's probably impossible to get them correctly positioned in boots, and if you have a very large or very small foot, it will probably not position correctly. Even in my 8.5 shoe, it did not seem quite long enough.

I think these are great. I had a pair of shoes that were gorgeous, but so entirely uncomfortable that I couldn't wear them. A pair of these made them wearable -- they still don't "feel like a sneaker", but I can stand and walk in them for a few hours. Give these a try if you love impractical shoes, but don't have feet of iron.

It's better than Haute Heels. There is an obvious difference in the comfort of wearing heels. It's only drawback is that it starts to lose its adhesive at the heel, and slides to the side.

I have to agree with the previous reviewer. I think Dr Scholl's Open Shoe Insoles are better than this, AND cheaper.

I love these. I was just in a wedding and had to wear 3" heels and was afraid for my poor feet so I thought I'd give these a try. They worked wonderfully. At first I was worried that they wouldn't stay in place but they didn't move the whole night. My shoes where open toe sandals and no one could even tell I had them on. I don't know how I lived without them.

Excellent product. Blends in with shoe when wearing open toed shoes. Less noticeable than gel inserts, and my feet did not sweat like they do with gel.

I would consider this a decent product had I never tried Dr. Scholl's version. After using Dr. Scholl's version I realized these are pretty cruddy cushions. Get the Dr. Scholl's if you are considering these. Not only are the Dr. Scholl's more cushioned (they are gel!), but they also have a much better adhesive system, one that can be re applied over and over, so you can use the same cushions on different sandals. These aren't worth even half the money.

So far my experience with the Kushionz is going pretty well. They serve their purpose to prevent feet from slipping in flip-flops, they are staying put after a couple of month, and, in general feel nice. I am planning to get more for my other shoes and try different shapes.

This item is the best; I've bought it in every color, super comfortable and an excellent idea! I use the Killer Kushion along with the strips and they make my shoes like air.
