I put these in a pair of shoes that I slip in and out of with or without socks/tights. They were surprisingly comfortable. You can feel them but it's not uncomfortable. There is still some slight slippage but I am going to try them in another pair of shoes[...]

My right foot is smaller than the left one.That's why it is very difficult to find a pair of shoes fit my feet. So I only can buy certain models of shoes, i.e, sling back because I can adjust the back belt or buy smaller size to fit on my right foot, but I cannot wear them for a long time because the let foot starts getting really hurt. After I read the reviews of this product, I bought this with not much expected... But surprise !! It works. I tried it on Kennith Cole shoes I bought a long time ago, and since right shoe was too big I hardly wear them, but I could not throw away because of the price. I wore them all day yesterday. It never slipped away from my foot. I will order more of this. Now I don't have to worry about my right foot. I

I bought a pair of platform maryjanes that were a half-size too big and would hit & chafe the point above my heels until they bruised or bled. I bought these with the "tip toes" for the balls of my feet, and it's like I'm wearing the right size! They feel wonderful!

Yes they take some room and make your shoes a size smaller.. and yes VERY comfortable, every shoe I wear, I have blisters but not not with those. And yes they stay in place, excellent.

Foot Petals are very comfortable, spongy pads for your shoes - Heavenly Heelz are for the heel or over the toes area. The backing really sticks and they prevent sliding so no more blisters. They also help keep backless shoes (mules, slides) on your feet. They do take up some room, so don't use them on tight shoes . . . but what are you doing with tight shoes anyway?
