I bought a pair of these to give them a try and immediately placed an order for several more pairs in different colors. I have size 10 flat feet that tend to slide too far forward in practically every dress shoe, eventually squishing my toes after a few hours. These cushions are VERY effective and now I can wear all of my heels and adorable open-toed shoes for a much longer duration without pain. These cushions stick securely with no "lifting" and are much more attractive than the drug store version. They are also much thinner than the drug store version, so they don't take up room in the toe box.

I put these into my favorite heals that seemed to be getting a little stretched out, and were slipping off my feet. These did a great job staying put in my shoes. My feet no longer slip in my heals, and my heals no longer slide off the backs of my feet. Very comfortable product. I would recommend this product and purchase them again.

Good help for heels that either are too big or just uncomfortable. Only problem is they can slide around, depending on shoe and placement, but still glad to have them in my arsenal :)

I use this product in high heels I wear to work. The pads stayed in place after walking around all day, making my shoes comfortable all day. I like that the shape of the pads make cushioning focused on the balls of my feet. I've purchased and used other brands of ball of feet cushions, but this one is the best.

I LOVE these cushions. I use the black color the most often, but I think it's cool that it comes in various colors to suit various individual needs and preferences. I NEVER wear a pair of ANYTHING high heel without them - sandals, mules, slides, pumps, boots. As thin and streamlined as these cushions appear, hey REALLY help cushion and support the ball of the foot that gets tender and achy in high heels. They also prevent slippage forward when the foot gets moist. SO comfortable. The price is really a drag but well worth buying in my opinion. Glad Beauty.com carries this line of cushions. This cushion is one of my glamour secrets.

I bought some boots on sale from a vegan website even though they were much higher-heeled than I was used to because I couldn't resist! I knew they'd be painful, though, so I tried to find some guilt-free inserts. Wow, can I tell the difference over the crud I used to buy at the counter! No, it won't be like "walking on air," but is that really a realistic expectation? If your favorite heels can't get you from the car to the door without killing the balls of your feet, definitely get a pair of these. I took off a star because there's no advice on the best placement of them (does the broad part need meet the ball of your foot or should they be placed slightly further back?). Also, while the tape is super sticky and will NOT let go, it is only in one little strip - leaving most of the pad unglued, which can give you that awkward "is there something weird in my shoe?" feeling.
