This is a nice smelling shampoo and body wash for after salt or pool water. It does a nice job of cleaning hair thoroughly in these tough conditions, but is clearly meant as a light everyday shampoo. To hydrate hair after sun and salt and pool you do have to use the coordinating moisture treatment on a semi-regular basis. Considering the price, it is not as effective as I would expect, though I am a fan of Phyto hair care.

I absolutely cannot live without this shampoo. As a person who swims 4-5 days/week, the chlorine takes a toll on my hair. I bought this shampoo from my stylist the first time and at my last haircut she asked me if I was still swimming because she could not tell by the condition of my hair. I highly recommend this product if your hair is taking abuse from salt/chlorine.
