I am African American and I have extremely curly hair that gets damaged very easily and usually breaks off before I reach my desired length. I recently cut most of my hair off because of all the damage and decided to try this product for a natural healthy hair growth. I have only used this product for about three weeks now but I see a difference all over. My skin looks and feels healthier, My nails are stronger and longer and they are not breaking, My hair is growing so fast and so much thicker and healthier. My eyelashes are thicker and Longer and so are my eyebrows. The benefits are great but be warned that you will get a lot more hair everywhere, so women you will have to shave or get waxed more often. I don't mind that fact because the results are just so awesome that I will continue to use this product for a very long time.

With so many reviews here, I decided to purchase a bottle. In about 2-3 weeks, I swear my hair grew an inch! I've also used Frederic Fekkai Beach Hair and it made my head just full of voluminous, sexy, thick hair. I was so impressed!! BUT!! (here it comes...) it made me break out!! It was so bad, my dermatologist put me on antibiotics. Ugh. Perhaps it is the biotin content as was stated on a previous review...who knows??....just be aware and happy shopping!

I bought this as a last attempt to help my dissolving nails. Have tried ALL kinds of supplements with NO success. After 2 1/2 weeks I can see a HUGE difference in my nails. The shinny plate is just about fully back on my nails. Think my hair also has more shine. I am so sensitive to most supplements but these are easy to take with no side effects. Well worth every penny!

I don't care if this product works, they should not put hydrogenated oil in it. That is also known as "TRANS FAT".
For hair growth, I suggest he shou wu, also known as "fo-ti". This comes from China and I know for sure I sprout new hair when I take it. It also is a longevity tonic and good for your kidneys and blood sugar level.

I've tried at least 3 other brands of hair, skin and nail vitamins, as well as 2500mcg daily of biotin. I have to say. this is the only product that has shown real results for me. It grew my baby hair under my temples on my forehead which was why I stopped using it.

I got this to combat my brittle nails. I used for 2 months and did find that my nails broke less. Nothing dramatic, but yes a difference. I am going to buy another bottle to see if they get stronger. Quite expensive though.
