I have spent literally thousands of dollars on products for my dry, dry hair. I am a product junkie and a sucker to boot, so if you tell me a product will soften and nourish my dry hair I will buy it, regardless of cost. I have regularly spent $70-$120 dollars a bottle for so-called "great" hair conditioners and masks and I am constantly trying new ones.I live in NYC so I have access to amazing products. I have fine hair and natural curls (i.e frizz) but I dye my hair, so it's even drier than it should be. This is the ONLY product that really works! I save it to use for right after dying my hair, and it makes my hair go from a straw-like consistency back to real-feeling, soft hair. I cannot recommend it enough!

I bought this product after reading the rave reviews and used it a few days after a color treatment (which is the real test for me - my hair is thick, dry, bleached and toned). I washed my hair with the matching shampoo, which smells very nice and cleans well, but the Kerastase Bain Satin 3 works much better for me. After I rinsed the mask, I just wasn't all that impressed with it. What was all the fuss about? My hair felt soft but wasn't shiny, and the smell seemed to get stronger on my hair as the day went on. It was way too perfumey. Not only that, but later in the day my hair looked frizzier and drier on the ends than before I even used this! I don't see how they can put a high price tag on this; it simply isn't worth it. The Masquintense for thick hair by Kerastase or the Bumble and Bumble super rich conditioner works 10X better and are absolutely worth the price. This is nothing more than some coconut-citrus scented grease in a cheap plastic tub. Dont waste your money on this.

Comments about PHYTO Phytocitrus Restructuring Mask, Color-Treated Hair, 6.7 fl oz:
I have been highlighting my hair for the last 9 months. I am 57 years old. My hair had started to look straw-like. I had never seen my hair look this mistreated. I bought expensive shampoos and I bought other deep conditioners and was not getting the shine, silkiness and healthy hair that I wanted. I went online and found Phytocitrus as one of the best masks and read the reviews. I thought, well, if I dont like it, I'll return it. I used it today. I cannot believe the healthy feeling and shiny look of my hair. It is well worth the money invested in the product. I would recommend it it all that are having issues with chemically treated hair. I have never seen such a remarkable change in my hair as with Phyto...and believe me, I have bought hundreds of products for my hair throughtout they years!

My hair has never felt softer. I color and highlight my hair very frequently, and I straighten my hair everyday so my hair is very dry and damaged. This has made such a huge difference in the texture and the appearance of my hair. I think it is well worth the price!

This is a great hair masque. I use it once a week or so to keep my hair soft. I love it. I wish it came in a tube or bottle as the tub is a little difficult to work with in the shower. But that is not nearly enough to get me to stop using it. I love it!
