Phytargent Whitening Shampoo, Blonde, Gray and White Hair 6.7 oz (200 ml)
Brightening shampoo for gray, white or highlighted hair. Chamomile azulene restores silver highlights, while lanolin hydrates and eliminates coarseness and coconut oil derivatives cleanse and protect the scalp.
A change in hair pigmentation will often cause yellowing, coarseness and dehydration to blonde, gray and white hair. This new and improved formula will add a sparkling brilliance to gray hair and neutralize brassiness in platinum blonde or color-treated hair of all hues. The exclusive new synergy of plant extracts will soften and impart reflective shine.

When I first used product, I lathered 2 times as with other shampoos. My hair didn't seem to get really clean. I wasn't very happy with it. However, when I noticed that after lathering once my hair got the squeaky clean feel, I decided to try that...and my dried hair turned out great. So now that's how I use it. It is a little runny and not thick like the Phyto Hydrating shampoo. However, it seems to do a great job of keeping my highlights bright and non-yellowing and at the same time keeping my hair manageable...even when my roots start growing out. In the past, I have used another purple shampoo, but much prefer this product overall.

I hoped for more from this product. Having used a blue malva shampoo for a few years and being disappointed when it was discontinued, I thought this was going to be very similar. The fragrance is much the same and I like that it helps with whitening up the yellow tinge in my white hair. But it doesn't lather very well and it's very thin in consistency . . . I usually have more of it run out of my hand than I get into my hair. It's not bad, but it's not great either.

Comments about PHYTO Phytargent Whitening Shampoo, Blonde, Gray and White Hair, 6.7 oz:
If you're looking for a terrific shampoo that really brightens silver hair, look no further.
This shampoo doesn't turn your hair "blue", as so many others do. This has become my new favorite shampoo!
