(please read instructional insert in package) Step I: the catalase enzyme gel is applied by opening the enzyme capsule and pouring contents into enclosed container. fill container to halfway point with warm water and shake well. wait 1 minute for gel to form. gel will be lumpy in consistency. apply a thick layer to entire face, do not rinse off. Step II: the hydrogen peroxide cream is applied directly onto your face over the enzyme gel. the cream becomes foamy as it chemically reacts when layered on top of the catalyse enzyme gel. this enzymatic infusion creates water and oxygen, providing an excellent boost of oxygen to the skin. leave foam on for 1-3 minutes as tolerated. if burning occurs, rinse immediately. do not get near hairline or eyebrows as bleaching may occur. Step III: remove the oxygen foam from skin based on your skin type:

Every winter, my face gets dry and I look about 5 years older than I do in the summer. When I first started using this I did it 2 days in a row as a "jumpstart". After the second use, my skin looked great and my skin was softer, more bright, and younger looking! It has even started to lighten a few of those red acne marks which normally take forever to go away.
I have sensitive and slightly acne prone skin, but this did not irritate or make me break out at all. I could even use the spatula to remove the foam without any problem. (The box says to not use the spatula if you have sensitive skin.) Amazingly, I followed it up with an acne treatment with no irritation afterwords.
I definitely recommend using it 2-3 days in a row when you first use it...I didn't see much of a difference on the first day but a lot on the second. Also, you should divide the powder in the capsule by half for a single use, otherwise you end up making much more gel than you can use. The ten peels you would get now become twenty and it's a great deal!
It's pretty quick to use (under 15 minutes) and your skin looks so nice afterwords, you can use it before a date or a night on the town!

Complete waste of money. I have used all but the last two capsules in this kit and seen nothing. I don't think this product is really developed for people who REALLY have problems with their skin. This is not going to save you from having to see your dermatologist if your acne and blemish problem is serious. If you do want to try and improve your skin without the dermatologist, I would highly recommend Philosophy's anti acne moisturizer and their blemish gel. Those two do work well.

I have sensitive skin with some sun damage and noticeable pores. This is a great product! It is the ONLY product that actually made a difference with the sun damage on my forehead ! I have tried so many products and wasted so much money until I found this. Immediately evens out the coloration of my forehead. It does smell a little like bleach, but just a little. It is hard to mix the second product onto the first, but well worth the effort!

More effort needed to use this compared to vitamin C peel, but the results are worth it. I didn't properly read instructions, the capsule took awhile to melt when I realized I needed to open it instead. Very gentle feel during application, slight warming sensation. 1 capsule is plenty for face, neck, shoulders and hands. I do this in morning, carefully remove product (due to bleaching tendency of it), then hit the shower as usual. Pores minimized, skin is brighter, and feels fresh. No irritation or transition period.

I can't believe some of the reviews I've read. I've used this product for a long time and have started a bunch of friends and family using it. Everyone who has tried it loved it immediately and has kept using it. Your skin looks great! No matter age or skin type, this makes it look so much better. Definitely try it!

I hesitated forever and to try something like this because I do get bad breakouts, rosacea...I have old scars and my skin gets really red....Had I read this new warning about not putting it on acne prone skin, I never would have gotten it...But I'm so glad that I did. Maybe I'm just peel-deprived, but I was excited at how bright it made my skin. I didn't feel bad about being pale for the first time in a long time - Instead - I felt pretty and glowy....

I absolutely love this product. I have fair skin that often looks sallow but this product makes it looks so bright and luminous. It's the best product I have used for an instant boost for my skin. The difference after I use it is worth the price.

Don't waste your money on this! First of all, it's really messy to use. Second, you have to be careful not to get this near your eyebrows or on any clothes because it could bleach them. Thirdly I didn't see any more difference on my skin then I can get from a less pricey exfoliant.
